This Is an Integrated Computerized out of the box solution for Cooperatives Institution.
PRO-KOOP is a computerized system with a capability of managing almost all Cooperatives Institution (Koperasi - KOOP) business functionality in an integrated and efficient manner.
The systems are also available on-line over internet via Members Portal. This mean members can login anywhere and anytime to make business with the cooperatives institution such as, check on their balances and submit their loans application.
The autobackup script is run everynight to update the data into data center. Indirectly with this feature COOPs are protected to disaster. Our Data Center is located at IDC Jaring, is an 24x7 state of the art Data Center facility.
The systems is running on Foxbase/Dbase and now with version 3, we are running on MYSQL Open Source Database Manager. The portal is running on PHP/Apache.
The systems is modular and the cost of implementation is from as low as RM 5K. The modules currently available with it features are :

This is a customizable integrated business system solution.
iBizz version enterprise (ENT) do have similar functionality to iBizz PRO-KOOP with differences on latest state-of-the-art User Interface, Reporting and Analytical tools, MSSQL Database and the portal is using ASP.Net technology.
The functionality are inclusive of Membership Management, Fees and Investment Management, Loans and Credit Management, Salary Deduction, Special Purpose Fund Management, Dividend Processing, Cash/Credit Sales, Over The Counter/Point Of Sales, Stock Control and also supported by an activity based back-end accounting system. The Enterprise Members portal apart from providing the online account statements, it also enable members to check their loans application or guarantor eligibility and also submit the loan application on-line. Some of the management reports are also made available on-line which enable the cooperatives board of director to view the status on-line.
There are 4 main components :
- Remote Over The Counter (ROTC) Terminal : are based on Visual Basic/MS-Access technology and can be deployed anywhere. The balance can be updated batch to the Portal Server hosted at Data Center via Virtual Private Network (VPN) over internet broadband (VPN/IB).
- The Portal Server is running on MS-SQL 2005 and it replicated its database content to Enterprise Server via (VPN/IB). The Cooperatives Server will then pull all relevant data from the Portal Server and posted to the Cooperatives Server daily.
- The Enterprise Server is running on MS-SQL 2005 and the main cooperative business application is developed using Visual Basic.
- The Enterprise Server, will replicate their data daily back to the Portal Server and the applications based on ASP.Net has been developed for members to login and perform their activities.
- The transaction from ROTC (Remote Over The Counter) can be updated batch to the Portal Server hosted at Data Center via Virtual Private Network (VPN) over internet broadband (VPN/IB).
The Enterprise Server will then pull all relevant data and posted to the Server daily. Other transaction such as Membership Management, Fees and Investment Management, Loans and Credit Management, Salary Deduction, Special Purpose Fund Management, Dividend Processing, Cash/Credit Sales, Over The Counter/Point Of Sales, Stock Control and back-end accounting system is running base on Client Server technology.
The Enterprise Server, will replicate their data daily back to the Portal Server and the applications based on ASP.Net has been developed for members to login and perform their activities such as, check on their balances, check their loans application or guarantor eligibility and also submit the loan application on-line.
